About Monica
Monica has been working in sales and as a sales manager for approximately 20 years. She has always been interested in working as a coach, which is also indirectly what she has been doing in her role as a sales manager throughout those years.
She undertook coaching education and decided that she wanted to quit her day job to focus on her coaching career instead.
She lacked 100% clarity on whom she wanted to help, how she should position herself in this new space, and how to attract clients.
Another important factor was her lack of technical skills. She is not technically savvy and had no real interest in learning about technical aspects either.
That's why she got in touch with GetResults.
She knew from the beginning that she wanted to work with leaders, similar to herself in her previous roles, but she didn't have the confidence to do that from the very beginning.
She wanted to work with people who were stuck in life and various situations to begin with, and as her confidence as a coach started to grow, she wanted to focus more on leaders.
Instead of us "pushing her" to start working with leaders from the beginning, we agreed to help her attract general people with different types of issues as a start, before transitioning to working with leaders.
We made all her marketing material, assisted her with her packaging, marketing messaging, structuring sales calls, setting up her calendar, and everything she needed to get started, including helping her set up her Klarna agreement.
After she had reviewed all our marketing materials, we launched her first ads.
She started attracting a good number of potential clients right away, and within the first month, she had generated a revenue of more than approximately 11,000 EUR.
Monica mentioned in one of our workshops, "I originally hated doing those discovery calls, but when I shifted my mindset and focused on helping people, that's when I started to make more sales, and I fell in love with doing the calls with all the prospects that I got."
This gave Monica an incredible boost. One thing is talking to her about "what's possible," and another is seeing it for herself.
It's when she really saw what's possible in terms of making money and helping people that she really lit up.
After making 10,000+ EUR per month for 4 months, we finally switched to targeting leaders in January 2024.
Even though Monica wasn't 100% sure about her skills to help leaders yet, we agreed to commit to that. We started with a small ad budget of 600 euros the first month, which resulted in 14 leads and generated revenue of 20,000 euros.
