This is how Sindre went from being an employee to making a living from being a Coach

“I had the knowledge to help people, but I couldn't get enough clients, and it was very frustrating for me, because I knew I could help so many people out there, but I didn't know how to reach my dream clients ”. 

Sindre had spent many years training to become a coach, but he had not mastered how to get clients. 

"I have spent close to 27000€ and 10,000 hours on training as a coach in Human Behaviour," says Sindre. 

He is very skilled in his profession, probably Norway's best, but he had been misled when it came to how to sell his services. 

“I thought the sales would come by themselves as I helped people. But that never happened. Instead, I sold my services for cheap to friends and family, but I didn't earn enough to be able to make a living from this." 

Sindre was tired of waiting for customers. It went so far that he bought an online course for approx. 9000€ to learn how to get clients for his coaching business. 

“I bought a course that consisted of 30-40 modules to learn sales and marketing. The course covered everything on how to get clients on autopilot for all types of coaching companies, but I struggled to get through the course.” 

“Although the course was good, there was an overwhelming amount of information there, and it would have taken me a long, long time before I could take any practical measures and actually get clients. There was too much to learn," says Sindre. 

Fortunately, the solution for Sindre was just around the corner. I helped Sindre acquire customers over the next year. When I first spoke to him, I immediately knew how we were going to get new customers for him. 

At the time of writing, it has been a year since we started working together. I just received an update from Sindre a few hours ago: 

He has sold coaching services for 13238,00€ in October. 

"I had to have at least 3 months where I earned a minimum of 10000€ per month before I wanted to quit my permanent job, it is now 4 months since I reached that goal," says Sindre. 

Sindre also says that he has had over 62000,00€ turnover in the last 6 months. That's a good half-yearly salary! When Sindre and I started working together, I knew that social media advertising was the way to go to get ready-to-buy clients for his practice. 

Our Facebook marketing strategy combined with sales calls is the strategy that clearly converts the most interested people into good paying customers that suit both Sindre and his practice. 

Only two months after we had started running advertisements for Sindre, we had reached the goal with a GOOD margin - we ended up with 15886,00€ turnover in the third month. 

There was also no large investment in advertising. It was 882,29€. That corresponds to 18x return on ad spend. 

The reason why it went so well with Sindre is because:

2. He is a skilled coach 

3. He gets paid well per client, so that he does not have to treat so many at the same time - then he earns better, has a better life and avoids stress - in addition to being able to give each client more attention than many other coaches can. 

After 5 months of collaboration, Sindre had quit his job to focus all his time growing the coaching business.
