The Turnaround -- When you’re in a crisis you need to act fast and act strategically. We’ve spent more than 20 years helping companies make the most of a crisis and helping to restore them to health. While all programs differ, depending upon the Client’s resources, there are five general components: advise all parties of Advent’s engagement, establish a plan for survival, negotiate the plan’s acceptance, modify as required and restore the company to health and/or liquidate. Advent can operate in a consulting capacity, or can install a management team, as required.

The Valuation -- You need to have solid information on the worth of your business long before you even begin to think about a transition. Each valuation we prepare includes a variety of valuation approaches, including: discounted cash flow, comparable sales (if available), asset based and valuation model approaches. We give you the hard facts you need to approach potential buyers, whether they are strategic or economic buyers.

The Performance Review – Identifies the management and financial status of your organization from 8 key result areas [Sales & Marketing, Finance, Production/Service Delivery, Information Technology, Research & Development/New Product Development, Human Resources, Administration and Organizational Continuity/Succession] at a given point in time.
