The Performance Review - Identifies the management status of your project or organization from 8 key result areas [Sales & Marketing, Finance, Production/Service Delivery, Information Technology, Research & Development/New Product Development, Human Resources, Administration and Organizational Continuity/Succession] at a given point in time.

TQM/Continuous Improvement/Quality Performance
Installation encompasses ISO/QS 9000, Theory of Constraints and meets requirements of Malcolm Baldrige and other quality systems. Unique evaluation process identifies and measures quality throughout the organization. Implementation assistance focuses on a stepped approach for gradual company roll-out.

ISO 9000 and Related Standards Certification Preparation
Our approach to registration positions the client to be prepared for third-party assessors within a six to twenty month timeframe and includes: auditor training, proprietary technique for developing the top tier quality manual, procedures template, records management (work instruction and forms) and input on appropriate software, if needed. Program features "not to exceed pricing" in which an initial pre-assessment (gap) audit identifies areas of compliance and helps identify target areas still requiring work. Programs covered include: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QS 9000, AS 9000, D-1 9000. Both Internal Auditor and Certified Lead Auditor Training programs are offered.

Contract Auditing and Compliance Project Work
Companies may not always have the staff needed or available to conduct the appropriate number or range of internal audits required by either key customer and/or ISO/QS 9000 registration. To assist them, Advent provides trained auditors/management personnel as needed to meet this need. Those auditors/management personnel engaged in this internal audit work will not be available to the client company for management assistance although they may identify such needs and recommend the client contact Advent for the management assistance services required.
