Advent consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Virtually all have 10-20 years line management experience, with at least 5-10 years in their specialty. Due to the nature of our business - working with leaders and their teams - there are virtually no entry level consulting opportunities.

In addition, Advent joint ventures with a number of organizations to meet client demands. Joint venture opportunities are always entertained.

Both consultants and joint venture partners must ascribe to Advent's Code of Ethics (the Code of the Institute of Management Consultants) and be willing to enter into mutual confidentiality, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements as needed in conducting individual engagements.

At present, Advent is looking for Independent Contractors with the following specialties who fit the profile listed above:

• QMS/EMS Consultants with CQA or CQE credentials
• IT Consultants with net commerce backgrounds
• IT Consultants with Small Business Systems backgrounds
• Sports Agents with Licensing Expertise
• Pharmaceutical Patent & Licensing Expertise
• Senior Strategic Intent Consultants
• Safety & Security Consultants (West Coast & International)
